Fixed-fee projects
Incorporation, licensing, residency applications and banking files are quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, with third-party costs — government fees, legalisation, courier — itemised separately at cost.
Three service lines that together cover a full international move: the company, the founder's status, and the banking relationships the business runs on. Growth marketing for fintech and financial companies is a separate practice with its own page.
Most structures fail for one of two reasons: they were chosen from a price list rather than from the client's actual operations, or nobody checked in advance whether a bank would open an account for them. We start from the operating reality — where revenue is earned, where people sit, where customers are — and design backwards from what can be banked and defended.
The corporate move and the family move have to be sequenced together. A residence permit that depends on a company which has not been licensed yet, or a tax residency claimed in a country where the founder has not spent a single qualifying day, is a problem waiting to surface at the worst moment. We plan the order, not just the applications.
Account opening is where most relocations stall. Compliance teams reject files for reasons that are rarely explained and almost always fixable in advance: an unclear ownership chain, a business description that does not match the licence, a source-of-funds narrative with a gap in it. We prepare the file to the standard the committee actually applies — we are not a bank or a payment institution ourselves, and the client's relationship is always directly with the institution.
A customer acquisition practice for the financial industry, built on the idea that a licence, a bank account and a product are not a business until somebody is using them. Our approach is flexible enough to support a newly launched fintech product and to digitalise an established financial service, and every lead is tracked through the sales pipeline so the result can be measured rather than asserted. Research and positioning, content and targeted campaigns, partnership and developer channels, omnichannel lead generation, CRM and pipeline tracking — on a retainer or per acquired customer.

Ongoing corporate maintenance — renewals, filings, accounting coordination, registered office — is billed annually, agreed before the first year begins.
Marketing engagements run on a monthly retainer against an agreed scope, or are priced per qualified lead or acquired customer where the funnel is measurable end to end. Media spend is passed through at cost.
We are paid by our clients, by invoice. We do not hold or process client funds, and we do not take undisclosed commissions from banks, developers, immigration programmes or service providers. If a third party pays us for an introduction, the client is told before deciding.
Most clients arrive with one question — a licence, a visa, a bank rejection — and discover the real scope during the first conversation. That conversation is free and carries no obligation.
