Three corridors run in-house, and a wider map
A long list of flags on a firm's website usually means a long list of agents. We run three corridors with our own team, day to day, and take on the rest of the map together with licensed local firms we have worked with before — named to the client before anything is filed. Where a jurisdiction reserves the filing to a licensed agent, a licensed agent makes it.
UAE United Arab Emirates
Our principal corridor and the one most clients ask for first: no personal income tax, a corporate tax regime with a small-business threshold, a residency route tied to a real operating licence, and banking that works for international founders when the file is prepared correctly.

Where clients need a holding company that banks, counterparties and investors take at face value across Asia. Slower and more demanding to set up than the Gulf, with real substance requirements — and worth it for the right business.

- Resident director and corporate secretary arrangements
- Registered office and statutory filings
- Corporate bank account preparation
- Employment Pass and EntrePass
- Dependant passes for family
- Annual accounting, tax and audit coordination

USA United States
For founders who sell into the US market and need a US entity to invoice, process payments and sign contracts. Straightforward to form and persistently misunderstood: the filing is the easy part, and the tax and banking consequences are where the work is.
- Delaware and Wyoming LLC and corporation formation
- Registered agent and annual reports
- EIN registration for non-resident owners
- US business bank and payment account applications
- Merchant and payment account onboarding for the client's own business
- Federal and state filing calendar
- Withholding forms and treaty documentation
Where else we take work on
Company formation, corporate maintenance and — where such a route exists — residency, handled together with a licensed local firm. The list below is what we are actually asked for; if a jurisdiction is not on it, we will say whether we can cover it rather than improvise.
Gulf & Middle East
Asia-Pacific
Europe
Americas
Africa
Oceania
Coordinated by us, executed by licensed people
Outside our three corridors the local firm is named to the client, its fee is disclosed separately from ours, and we stay responsible for coordination, deadlines and the document chain. When we do not have a partner we would use ourselves, we say so rather than appointing an agent found for the occasion.
Work we decline. We do not set up anonymous offshore or nominee shell companies, bearer-share structures, or arrangements whose purpose is to conceal beneficial ownership. We do not work in sanctioned jurisdictions or in countries on the FATF blacklist, and we do not take on clients who are unwilling to document the source of their funds. Every structure we build is one we are prepared to explain to a bank's compliance committee.
