Corporate services · Relocation · Growth

Move the business. Then grow it.

We work with entrepreneurs and their families through an international move — company formation, residency, corporate structure and the documentation a bank's onboarding will ask for — and we help financial and fintech companies find customers once they are up and running.

One team from the first structuring call through incorporation, residency and the first year of filings.
Core corridors
United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the United States, with licensed local counsel in each.
A wider network

What we do

Three parts of the same decision

Relocating a business is never only a legal filing. The company, the family's status and the commercial engine all move at once — and each one breaks if the other two are handled by somebody who cannot see them. We handle all three under one roof.

Corporate structuring

Choosing the holding jurisdiction, incorporating the operating and holding entities, preparing the account-opening file and putting substance in place, so that the structure is one a bank can onboard and a tax authority can follow.

Corporate services

Residency & relocation

Investor and entrepreneur visas, residence permits and long-term status for the founder, the spouse and the children — sequenced so the personal move and the corporate move do not contradict each other on paper.

Relocation services

Fintech & growth marketing

Customer acquisition for companies in the financial industry: market research, campaigns, a partnership ecosystem and omnichannel lead generation, with every lead tracked through the sales pipeline.

Empowering fintech growth

A company that has just been licensed in a new jurisdiction faces a second problem immediately after the first one is solved: where do the customers come from? A licence, a bank account and a product are not a business until somebody is using them.

Our growth practice is a performance-oriented customer acquisition service for the financial industry. We conduct interviews and market research with partners, experts and potential customers so that the strategy rests on real-world data; we build and run content and targeted campaigns; and we assemble the partnership ecosystem around the product — collaborations, integrations with payment providers, developer channels and affiliate programmes.

The approach is flexible enough to support a newly launched fintech product and to digitalise an established financial service. Leads are not left in a spreadsheet: every one is added to the sales pipeline in an integrated CRM, so the long-term value of a campaign can actually be measured rather than assumed.

How the growth practice works
How we work

A defined sequence, not an open-ended retainer

Every engagement runs through the same four stages, with a written scope and a fixed fee agreed before the first filing.

Discovery

We map the current structure, the family's status, the banking relationships and the tax exposure that actually applies — before recommending anything.

Structure

A written plan: jurisdictions, entities, ownership chain, residency route, timeline, total cost and the risks we can see.

Execution

Incorporation, licensing, bank and payment account files, visa and residency applications, all run by us with licensed local counsel.

Ongoing

Renewals, accounting and audit coordination, changes to the structure, and — where the client wants it — the growth work that follows the launch.

Jurisdictions

Where we work

Three corridors are run by our own team, day to day. Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed agent to make the filing, a licensed agent makes it, and we coordinate. Everything else is taken on together with a licensed local firm we have worked with before — named to the client before anything is filed.

UAE

United Arab Emirates

Free zone and mainland companies, corporate tax registration, bank account preparation, investor and golden residency.

SGP

Singapore

Private limited companies, resident director and secretarial support, regional account files, Employment Pass and EntrePass.

USA

United States

Delaware and Wyoming entities for founders selling into the US market, EIN registration, payment processing setup and US banking.

Beyond these three we cover jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, the Gulf, the Americas, Africa and Oceania with licensed local counsel. See the full list — including the work we decline to do.

Why clients stay

What we do differently

01

One team, three disciplines

Corporate, immigration and commercial growth sit in the same firm. Nothing is lost in the handover between advisers, because there is no handover.

02

We finish the job

A company that is registered but has no customers is not a completed relocation. We stay through the first year, and we can run the demand side ourselves if the client wants us to.

03

Written, not verbal

Scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are documented before work starts. Nothing material is agreed only on a call.

04

Built-in technology

We run our own client platform for documents, deadlines and campaign reporting, rather than managing a relocation and a marketing programme over email.

05

We never touch client money

We are not a bank, a payment institution or a fund. We do not hold, pool or move client money: we are paid by invoice, and third-party costs are passed through at cost.

06

We say no

If a structure cannot be banked, cannot be defended to a tax authority, or needs a licence we do not hold, we decline the engagement rather than improvise.

Start with a conversation

Tell us where the business is today and where you want it to be. The first consultation costs nothing and ends with a written view of what the move would take — whether or not you engage us to do it.
