About

Quantum Market Hub LLC

An advisory and corporate services firm for entrepreneurs who operate across borders — and who want the company, the family's status and the commercial side of the business handled by people who can see all three at once.

Why the firm exists

The work was always split between people who never spoke to each other

A founder relocating a business typically ends up with four separate providers: a corporate agent who registers the company, an immigration consultant who files the visa, an introducer who promises a bank account, and — much later, usually after the launch has already gone quiet — an agency asked to find customers in a market nobody researched.

None of them sees the whole picture, and the client spends the year translating between them. Worse, the decisions interact: the wrong entity type makes the residency route ineligible; the residency route drives the tax position; the tax position determines which bank will take the file; and the licence the business ends up holding decides what it is allowed to say to its own customers.

We built the firm to hold all four in one engagement, and to be accountable for the result rather than for our own piece of it.

How we operate

Principles we are willing to be held to

These are not aspirations. They are the rules we apply when an engagement gets difficult.

01

Accountable for the outcome

One engagement, one team, one point of contact. We do not hand a client between specialists and call the gap between them somebody else's problem.

02

Licensed work to licensed people

Legal opinions, tax filings and audits are done by qualified professionals in the jurisdiction concerned. We coordinate and stay responsible for the result — we do not pretend to hold licences we do not have.

03

Compliance before volume

Every client is identified and every source of funds is reviewed before we act. We have turned down engagements over this, and we will again.

04

We never touch client money

We are not a bank, a payment institution or a fund. We do not hold, pool or move client funds; the client's banking relationships are always directly with the institution, in the client's own name.

05

Disclosed economics

Our fees are stated in writing before work starts, and third-party costs are passed through at cost. We take no undisclosed commissions from banks, providers or programmes.

06

Records, not assurances

Documents, deadlines, filings and campaign reporting live on our own client platform, available at any time rather than on request.

Our practices

Advisory on one side, a working growth team on the other

Advisory practice

Corporate structuring, company formation, licensing, residency and relocation, banking and payments support, and the ongoing maintenance that follows — renewals, filings, accounting coordination and structural changes as the business develops.

Our services

Growth practice

Customer acquisition for the financial industry: market research with partners, experts and potential customers, content and targeted campaigns, a partnership ecosystem of integrations and affiliates, omnichannel lead generation and CRM-tracked pipeline reporting.

How it works

Why both under one firm. Because the question that follows every successful relocation is where the customers come from — and an adviser who can only answer it with a referral is not answering it. Running the growth practice ourselves also means we see what actually converts in these markets, which feeds straight back into the structuring advice we give the next client.

Due diligence on us

Counterparties, banks and clients are welcome to ask for our incorporation documents, beneficial ownership information and references before doing business with us. We provide them on request — we expect the same of anyone we work with.
